1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Secure.tel (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

2. Description of Services

Secure.tel provides encrypted communication services including but not limited to: Encrypted VoIP, Privacy VPN, Burner eSIMs, and Secure Messaging, aimed at legal, medical, financial and other sectors requiring high levels of privacy and data protection.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to violate any applicable laws, or to infringe the rights of others. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to: fraud, harassment, distribution of malware, or use that could harm our infrastructure or other users. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

5. Payment and Billing

Fees for paid services are as set out at the time of purchase or on your invoice. You agree to pay all charges incurred. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. Refunds are subject to our refund policy as stated at purchase or in separate billing terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials provided by Secure.tel remain our property or our licensors’. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure.tel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
